Hi Pack Inspector are recruiting for several Domestic Energy Assessors to cover the breadth of the United Kingdom.

The role will basically involve travelling to the client's property and conducting a full Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). Ensuring that all relevant information is recorded and sent back to the office on the same day. To be successful, you must be a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and have a passion for property, with excellent knowledge of the local property market, plus a working knowledge of environmental issues relating to energy consumption by properties. Excellent customer service skills are also required and attention to detail. You will be required to proactively promote the company's services.

Above all you will be required to build your local business through the promotion of Hi Pack Inspector to Estate Agents and other sources in your area. Your targets will be tough and you will be required to generate a minimum number of Home Informations Packs per week. In addition you must have drive, ambition and determination to succeed.

If you are not qualified we will assist you in acquiring the DEA qualification, this will take about 6 weeks part time. In return, we will offer a salary up to £25,000 depending on experience and skills, with on target earnings of £75,000.
