White Label (subject to volumes)
We will White Label the Home Information Packs with your branding. Any client queries will be directed to a designated telephone 0845 or 0844 number, answering the call under your company brand.
Agreed Uplift or Commission
Your Estate Agent, if required, can opt to receive an agreed commission/uplift for each HIP you forward to Hi Pack Inspector. The uplift amount will be added to our basic HIP pack.
Gold Package
All your clients will automatically receive our highest standard package, the "Gold Package". This is by far the most competitively priced HIP on the market with the highest service offering.
Our Gold package will provide the essential legal HIP documents, including an electronic and hard copy. We will allocate an account manager to the customer, who will liaisewith your Estate Agent and the customer's solicitor and deal with all queries.

Every affinity Estate Agent partner will be allocated an Account Manager, who will deal with all aspects of your account including the production reports, if required.
