BRONZE: Our Home Information Pack offers value for money providing you with your compulsory HIPs pack documents and one electronic copy of your HIPs to a single designated e-mail address. Our fixed price is £235.00 (+VAT)
SILVER: HIPs pack offers you a higher level of service which includes your compulsory HIP pack, one electronic copy and one hard copy of your HIP. Usually one to your Estate Agent and to you the customer. We will liaise with your Estate Agent and deal with any relevant queries relating to your HIP. Our fixed price is £251.00 (+VAT)
GOLD:This Home Information Pack offers the highest level of service to our customer. You will receive your compulsory pack, two electronic copies of your HIP, one hard copy of your HIP and liaison with your Estate Agent and Solicitor giving them regular updates on your HIP progress. However ALL our customers from our AFFINITY Estate Agent partners will automatically receive this service. Our fixed price is £276.00 (+VAT)
